Security Notice for our Belly Up VIP list only.

In early August 2026, an unauthorized party exploited a previously unknown flaw in an analytics tool Hive used internally and copied a portion of Hive’s ticketing order records. Hive discovered the issue on August 17, closed the vulnerability, and notified us in late September. It was a single event, and there is no ongoing exposure. Belly Up’s own website and ticketing systems were not affected.

What information was involved
Your name and email address, and in some cases your phone number and mailing address, along with details of past ticket orders such as the number of tickets and the amount paid.

What was not involved
No credit card numbers, bank information, Social Security numbers, or passwords were involved. Hive reports no indication that the information has been published or shared.

What we recommend
Because the information includes your ticket purchases, someone could try to contact you pretending to be Belly Up or a ticketing company. Please keep a few things in mind:

• Belly Up will never ask for your card number, password, or other personal details by email, text, or phone.
• Be cautious of messages about problems with your tickets, refunds, or upgrades, especially ones that pressure you to act quickly.
• If you’re unsure whether a message is really from us, don’t click its links or reply. Go to bellyup.com/hive-breach by typing it into your browser.

No action is needed on your part beyond staying alert. We’re sorry for any concern this causes, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you have questions about this notice, please email websecurity@bellyup.com.
