Well, helloooooo Summer 2026! We're kicking off the good vibez of summer at this "Hello Summer" themed dance party happy hour. Summer Solstice is this weekend, Dad's Day, too, the San Diego Fair is in full swing, kids are out of school, All The Summer Things.... so let the summer time fun begin with our original innovation of the early-styled dance party concept, since 2004. Wear some bright summer-ish attire and bring your groovy summer fun.
We'll also champion one of the awesome organizations we've supported for over 25 years, The Challenged Athletes Fouudation. CAF empowers those with physical disabilities by providing funding for adaptive sports equipment, training, and community support so they can thrive through fitness and competitive athletics. CAF personnel willl do a mid-show presentation and $2 of each ticket sale goes to CAF.
We'll feature our radiant AG guests, AG Conga Girl Monette and AG soul vocalist Mark Jones.
The ever-evolving Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs with their always sunny disposition, showcasing their continuing progress as performing dancers ala the AG Fly Girlz.
Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band consistently over-delivers with good vibez, as per usual, at these Happy Hours, for the past 20+ years! Never ever the same show.... ALWAYS the same FUN!
Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take The AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: June 20th). Series #18 is in progress runs thru all of June, plenty of time to learn some or all of the routine! All levels welcome.

Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out.
Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there.
An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday.
