It's the official unofficial start of summer on this Memorial Day weekend, so come get your pre-summer party started at our "Pre-Summer Kickoff" Dance Party Happy Hour.
 
Atomic Groove is also getting warmed up for the following weekend's Fiesta del Sol Music Festival in Solana Beach. AG performs on Saturday, May 30th 1:50-2:50p.
 
FUN FACT: It's AG's 30 year FDS-versary, our first one was in 1996! It's always such a fun, family-friendly and FREE community event.
 
And... the Summer Solstice of 2026 is only a month away, so this Happy Hour will get us all pre-pared and primed up for the barrage of summer-styled FUN soon to come.
 
We'll feature our radiant AG guests, AG Conga Girl Monette and AG soul vocalist Mark Jones.
 
The ever-evolving Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs with their always sunny disposition, showcasing their continuing progress as performing dancers ala the AG Fly Girlz. 
 
Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band consistently over-delivers with good vibez, as per usual, at these Happy Hours, for the past 20+ years! Never ever the same show.... ALWAYS the same FUN!
 
Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take The AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: June 20th). Series #18 is in progress runs thru all of June, plenty of time to learn some or all of the routine! All levels welcome.
