Featuring the HUGE talent of our AG guests: the always entertaining rocker vocalist Jeff Haight and the exuberant Conga Girl (and drums!) Monette Marino. Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will bring their ginormous funto our AG stage, too.
Join us for a couple of hours of getting away from the weirdness of the world with a fantastic dance party vibe you can always depend on from Atomic Groove, week after week, season after season, year after year of AG Happy Hours at Belly Up. In 2025 we will celebrate all year with our 30 years of AG! January 31st is literally the our very first rehearsal in 1995, so we were "born" on this day. Please come celebrate with us at our "AG 30th BIrthday Bash" on Jan. 31st, 2025!
Want to learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach. Series #12 started Jan. 7th, 2025 and runs thru mid March on Tuesdays 630p. Or try the new "Dance Workout" follow along styled sessions now on Thursdays at 6p thru Feb. 6th. Special Saturday class on Feb. 1st, 1230p.
All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.
