On January 31st, 1995 we had our very first rehearsal, so we were "born" on this day. Please come celebrate with us at this Friday, Jan. 31st, 2025 for our 30th B-Day Happy Hour, as we commemorate our remarkable 30 years of groovin' & good vibez with our community.
Featuring some of our most fave AG guests from over the years: the incredible vocal talents of Mark Jones, Kipp Lennon and Nadia Deleye... and our beloved AG Conga Girl (and drums!) Monette Marino, who has played with us for over 20 years! Original members Atomic Girl Carrie (Band Leader/vocalist) and Rob Gironda (Musical Director/ keyboardist) will, of course, be there, along with two her fabulous current AG Fly Girlz, Cee-Cee & Kel-Kel and all of the other awesome current AG peeps (Brian/bass, Mike/drums, Doug/Guitar). Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will bring their enthusiasm to our AG stage, too
Join us for a couple of hours of getting away from the weirdness of the world with a fantastic dance party vibe you can always depend on from Atomic Groove, week after week, season after season, year after year of AG Happy Hours at Belly Up.
Want to learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach. Series #12 is still in progress and runs thru March 18th on Tuesdays 630p.
All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.
