This summer it’s our 20 year anniversary of us doing our one-of-a-kind Dance Party Happy Hours at Belly Up that we started in 2004. Wow! And the Belly Up is celebrating their 50th anniversary this summer, too. Now, that’s some community longevity of live music, connection and joy!

Join us for this Atomic Groove Happy Hour, the 3rd of 4 of our June Summer Dance Party Series, welcoming in the summer with our “Hello Summer 2024” theme. Our featured AG guests are comin' in HOT: Monette will burn it up on on both congas AND even drums for a couple songs, our sizzling rocker vocalist Jeff Haight will bring his fire and guitarist Wayne Duncan will step in for the summer vacationing Doug Booth with his scorching guitar work. Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will light up the stage, come cheer them on!

Wear a bit of summer white and/or a splash of vibrant summer color…. and your cool summer vibez.Want to learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? 

Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach.
The newest Series #9 recently started May 28th and runs for approx 8 weeks thru July. 
Drop-in any time, a section of the dance is always taught thoroughly.
- Every Tuesday 630p
- Special Saturday 1230p, June 22nd (Saturdays in July tba)
First time free.
Come once and learn a little bit of the dance or come to all the classes and learn the whole dance.
 
Maybe even get on stage at a Happy Hour and perform!
All ages, all abilities, all sizes, all inclusive….newbies to super experienced always welcome.
 
**Atomic Groove is currently seeking more full time AG Fly Girlz to add to our team. Pro level experience preferred but not required. Contact us for more info.**
