This Happy Hour we celebrate bringing our community together like one big happy family. Atomic Groove Happy Hours since 2004... the Belly Up established in 1974 and local fitness studio Mind-Body (MB) Fit Studio, celebrating their two year anniversary! MB Fit Studio is the training site for the AG Fy Girlz dance class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Class is open to the community for all levels of movers and dancers to try their hand at learning a dance like an AG Fly Girl. Those who complete the series have a chance at getting on stage! Many “AG Fly Studentz" will perform throughout on this show, please come support them. Many studentz are also MB Fit members, enjoying the unique variety of class and fitness options under one roof, with an emphasis on the connection of mind & body…includes aerial fitness, TRX, Stick Mobility, alignment, barre, breathwork classes and more!
