This stellar group of performers is led on vocals by April Mosebrook. The original Funk Junkies were founded in 2013; the current members have over 100 years of combined performing experience, including time spent on stage with artists such as Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, Jason Mraz, George Clinton, The Gap Band, Barry White and more! In late 2019, April and the Funk Junkies won the Battle of the Bands at the Belly Up in Solana Beach, earning them a coveted spot on the mainstage at Fiesta Del Sol in May 2022 (delayed due to COVID). They play at many types of events including private parties, corporate events, weddings, outdoor concerts and more!
