October is in it's full glory and we'll turn up the groove-o-meter another notch at this "Groove-tober Fest" Dance Party Happy Hour to embrace with iye community the crisper weather, the spice of pumpkins, the less crowded local beaches...and we'll continue throughout the month with our upcoming Pink-tober Party on Oct. 17th and our Halloween Bashes on Oct. 24th & 31st.
For this one we'll once again GROOVE and DO GOOD as we host another benefit, this one for the amazing organization "KICKcancER Movement", dedicated to empowering young cancer fighters and their families thru movement, holistic healing, and community support. We'll donate $2 of each ticket sale to them and they'll give a presentation during our intermission. More info: https://kickcancermovement.org
We'll feature our AG guest vocalist, Mr. Smooth & Groove, Mark Jones.... and the Queen of Groove, AG Conga Girl Monette Marino. Come support the ever-evolving groove skills of our Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class as they take the stage for
a few songs. Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band will deliver our consistently fun GROOVE, as we always do at these Happy Hours. Never the same show, but ALWAYS the same fun!
Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. The dance is taught and re-taught progressively in sections. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and the select Saturdays at 1230p, next one is Oct.18th. Series #15 runs thru October 21st, drop in any time. Series #16 starts October 28th with a brand new routine. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. Maybe even get on stage?!

Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out.
Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there.
An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday.
