Parking: We have designated band
parking directly behind the venue along the YELLOW
CURB ONLY.
Please do not park north of the yellow zone until after 5pm.
The red zone is for loading and unloading only.
If
you are traveling with more than 2 tour buses please contact me to arrange for
additional parking.
The
Holiday Inn Express below can reserve you a spot for one Bus or Semi. The Days
Inn Encinitas can accommodate up to 3 buses or Tractor Trailers.
Shore
power: We can provide shore power for 2 buses. 1 is located outside on
the wall, your driver is welcome to connect to this
one upon your arrival. The other needs to be ran inside by our crew.
Load
in: Load in is through the double metal doors. It is a short 25ft
push through backstage to our hydraulic lift or straight to the dance floor. Please
email me your desired load in time. Some restrictions may apply.
Friday Happy Hour Shows: If
your show is on a Friday then your sound check needs to be finished by 4pm. We have a Happy Hour show with a live band every Friday from 5-8pm. THIS BAND WILL PLAY ON THE SAME STAGE AS YOU. Consider them an opening act. Your gear can
stay in place. We will simply need to strike pedal boards and vocal mics. We will clear the house from 8-8:30pm and open doors
for the evening show at 8:30pm. Opening band will start at 9pm.
Hospitality:
The Belly Up has great food and is happy to feed our headlining
musicians. Support bands get 50% off the band menu. Please send your hospitality
rider and let us know how many are in your touring party. Please let us know if
there is anything on your rider that you will not be needing.
Settlement
- Please specify the correct name for the check to be made to as well as a current W-9. We need a week’s
notice for cash.
Merch Seller: Please advance if
you will need someone to sell for you. It is $100 Cash

Door
time: Show time is available in the calendar section of our web site www.bellyup.com
Door
times: Our door times are generally one hour before doors. 7pm Door, 8pm opener. 8pm door, 9pm
opener.
Fridays
are 8:30pm door and 9pm show.
Dressing
Rooms: We have 2 dressing rooms located directly backstage. Each has a
private bathroom, refrigerator, couches and chairs. The larger room has a
shower. We do not have laundry.
